Thomas Foley is the Commissioner of the NYC Department of Design and Construction. His amazing DDC team of 1200+ literally builds New York! Tom is a licensed Professional Engineer, a certified Construction Manager, a National Board member at the Design Build Institute of America and was recently inducted into the National Academy of Construction. He is a dedicated public servant for over 25 years.
