Zurab has spearheaded Anchin’s newly developed Movie Studio practice. For this industry group, he works alongside studio owners and guides them with all stages of their real estate transaction including assisting with construction monitoring, identifying tax incentives, and assisting with lease negotiations. From managing ancillary and outsourced income to structuring agreements and managing financials, Zurab offers his clients a high-level and personalized strategy to grow their business operations in the most advantageous ways.

Zurab was quick to pinpoint a missed opportunity in the marketplace for new fund managers looking to grow their portfolios. He developed a specialized group that could aid early-phase real estate, hedge, private equity, and venture capital funds. Zurab was integral in the development of Anchin’s Emerging Manager Platform, which included developing the core principles of the group, determining the service offerings, assembling the right professionals, and communicating the creation of the group to the marketplace.

Zurab’s dedication to educating and mentoring those not only in Anchin but throughout the industry has made him a standout leader in the Real Estate space.
