Meet Adam M. Pizzo

Adam Pizzo, CPA, is an Assurance Partner at Anchin with over 15 years of experience. He is a key member of the firm’s Technology Group and is also a member of the Consumer Products Group. His clients range from venture-backed start-ups and aggressively growing entrepreneurial businesses to well-established privately held and family-owned companies.

Adam provides accounting, tax and business advisory services across various sectors of the technology industry (including FinTech, Digital Health, SaaS, AI, and E-Commerce businesses), as well as consumer products (food & beverage, manufacturing and distribution). His experience in advisory services includes M&A transaction advisory, GAAP readiness analysis and consulting, Qualified Small Business Stock (“QSBS”) advisory, and tax credits and incentives (including the research and development tax credit). Adam also works closely with company founders on many matters including tax planning and strategies.

Adam is a key Anchin thought leader and regularly authors timely content in the form of alerts and other communications to educate his clients, colleagues and the marketplace on industry developments and policy changes. He has bylined numerous articles for Anchin’s Technology News and Food & Beverage News.

Adam contributes to the career development of Anchin’s professional staff by participating in the firm’s mentorship program and leading in-house professional development seminars.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
