Meet Jinal Shah

Jinal Shah is a Tax Director at Anchin with more than 14 years of experience. He is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice and Private Client Group and has been with the firm since 2005.

Jinal plays a key role in many client engagements, including several different types of investment partnerships, including domestic hedge funds, fund of funds (domestic, offshore and private equity), and master-feeder structures. He is also experienced in reviewing individual tax returns for high net worth clients.

Jinal reviews all realized allocations, including the layering method, as well as the aggregate method. He also reviews partnership K-1’s for funds’ individual investors, as well as federal and state tax returns filed by the investment partnerships and fund of funds in all states.

In addition to serving his clients, Jinal also assists in the career development of the Firm’s professional staff by leading internal CPE trainings.
