Meet Mir Mahmood

Mir Mahmood, CPA, is a Tax Senior Manager at Anchin and a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice and Private Equity Group.

He is responsible for tax engagements for a variety of investment company structures, including hedge funds, fund of funds, domestic and offshore funds, master-feeder structures, private equity, venture capital, investment advisors, and management companies. Mir works closely with his clients in providing a range of tax compliance and tax planning services. He is also experienced in reviewing individual tax returns for high-net-worth clients.

In addition to serving his clients, Mir also assists in the career development of the firm’s professional staff by leading various internal CPE trainings and mentoring junior members within the group.

Mir is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
